Shipping policy

In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails.

How we handle shipping

Your orders are prepared and shipped directly from our warehouses and partner suppliers. That is why delivery times are a little wider than those of a store holding its own stock, but we take great care over the quality of every shipment.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery time is 5 to 15 business days from order confirmation, depending on your country and region. During busy periods (sales, campaigns) it may take slightly longer; we will let you know if that happens.

Shipping regions

We currently ship to Spain, the rest of the European Union and the United States. If your address is not available at checkout, write to us and we will look into it.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on your address and are shown before you confirm the order.

Order tracking

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of the delivery at any time.

Delivery problems

If your order does not arrive within the estimated time or arrives damaged, write to us at rodeiishop19@gmail.com with your order number and we will sort it out as soon as possible.
