In the event of any discrepancy between language versions, the Spanish version prevails.

Right of withdrawal (14 days)

If you buy as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the product, without having to give a reason.

How to return a product

Write to us at rodeiishop19@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will confirm the next steps and the address to send the product to.

Condition of the product

The product must be returned unused, in its original packaging and in a condition that allows it to be resold. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been used directly on the skin unless they have a manufacturing defect.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned product, we will let you know by email and process the refund to your original payment method within a maximum of 14 days.

Faulty products

If your cervical traction pillow arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, contact us with photos of the problem and we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, shipping costs included.

Return shipping costs

Except in the case of a faulty product, return shipping costs are paid by the customer.
